Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie with Spinach

So Delicious Organic Almond Milk

½ TBS chocolate protein powder

½ -1 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder*

peanut butter

½ banana (frozen)

spinach (frozen (or the greens of your choice)**)

Add ingredients to the container of your Vitamix or other high-powered blender in order listed.

Turn blender on low and slowly increase to high speed.

Blend until smooth (about 50-60 seconds).

Pour into glass and ENJOY!

Swiss Chard Smoothie

filtered water

hemp seeds

banana

strawberries

dates

Swiss chard

protein powder

In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the water, hemp seeds, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, dates, Swiss chard, and protein powder.

Process on high for about 30-45 seconds, or until the smoothie is creamy and fully blended.

Antioxidant-rich green juice loaded with superfoods like spinach, almond butter, turmeric and coconut milk. Not too sweet, refreshing and healing!

Wellness Green Elixir Shots

almond butter

spinach

mint leaves (to taste)

tsp ginger (freshly grated)

1/2- inch fresh turmeric (skin removed)

yogurt

tbsp ground flax seeds

tsp maca powder

coconut oil

coconut milk (or almond, cashew or soy milk)

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

Taste and add a little bit of maple syrup or more banana if it's not sweet enough for you. Adjust consistency if needed, adding more banana to make it thicker, or milk/water to thin.

Divide into regular or shot glasses, and serve immediately. It's best enjoyed immediately but can be kept covered in the refrigerator for a few hours.
