Honeydew Smoothie Cooler

Combine the honeydew, cucumber, mint, and ice in the base of a high-speed blender.

Process on high for 30-45 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely blended.

Serve immediately, or strain the smoothie through a fine-mesh strainer to serve as a cooler. Top with chilled sparkling mineral water or naturally-flavored carbonated water (I like the Spindrift Lime flavor).

This is a great way to use up leftover honeydew. I love this smoothie!

In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients in the order listed above, starting with 1 teaspoon of Matcha and adjust to taste.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste it and adjust, adding a pinch more Matcha powder, sweetener, or a few ice cubes for a frothier texture. Blend again to combine and serve immediately.

Thanks to Simply Whisked for a great tasting smoothie. It called for 3-cups of unsweetened yogurt* I used 1 Chobani Lime yogurt and 1 Chobani Honey yogurt which were only 5 oz.= 2/3 cup. I goofed on my end and printed off, to make this for 3 servings, not 1 serving. So, don't click on the numbered X's unless you need to double or triple the recipe. Like I did. But it turned out great with 1 extra cup of yogurt- "Very creamy"! I made this at 4:40 P.M. 2-5-21
