watermelon margarita recipes

You'll be making these Frozen Watermelon Mules from Delish.com all summer long. 

Frozen Watermelon Mules

c. cubed watermelon, frozen

c. ginger beer

c. vodka

c. lime juice

Ice,

Mint leaves,

Lime slices,

In a blender, combine frozen&nbsp;watermelon, ginger beer, vodka, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. (If it's not slushy enough, add ice and blend again.)

Pour into glasses (or copper mugs!)&nbsp;and garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.

These were great with stoli lime but when I ran out of the stoli, I used tangaray gin. Tasted just as great. If you're looking for a light, refreshing spring and summer brunch beverage, this one is the way to go!

Silver rum is good too.  Don’t know about the ginger beer, will have to try that.
