Tropical Fruit Popsicles (No Added Sugar)

coconut water

Tbsp lime juice

mint leaves

sea salt

At least 4-6 hours before you wish to enjoy your popsicles, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust, adding more watermelon or coconut water for sweetness or more lime for brightness.

Add the mixture to a popsicle mold (we used this one) and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm — about 4-6 hours. To remove from molds, let thaw slightly by setting at room temperature for 10 minutes or dipping mold in warm/hot water to help loosen.

Popsicles will keep in the freezer for 1 month.

These Watermelon Mint Popsicles are deliciously refreshing, sweet and made with only three ingredients!

Popsicle Sticks

To the blender/food processor, add the the watermelon and lime juice and blend until smooth, about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to discard the watermelon seeds. Stir in the mint leaves.

Pour the mixture into 8 popsicles molds equally.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze until slightly firm, about 1 to 2 hours depending on your freezer (check after one hour). Insert the popsicle sticks into the centre of each mould. The mixture should be slightly solid enough to hold the popsicle sticks in place without them sliding over.

Return to the freezer and freeze until firm, about 4 to 6 hours.

Remove popsicles when ready and let sit on the counter for about 5 minutes to remove from the molds. Enjoy!

Wash the watermelon, get rid of the rind and cube it. Blend in a blender or a food processor until it's liquid enough to go in the molds. Transfer in the molds and freeze for an hour, then take them out of the freezer and stick the wooden sticks. Put back in the freezer and wait until the watermelon is completely frozen.

Add 1 tablespoon (or more) of coconut yogurt over the watermelon layer in each mold, and let it freeze for an hour or so.

Blend the kiwi in a blender or a food processor and add your last layer over the coconut layer, when it&#x27;s frozen the popsicles are ready!

Pour into your favorite popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until completely frozen.

Remove the popsicles from the molds immediately before serving and enjoy.

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and purée until smooth.

Pour carefully into popsicle molds and insert sticks.

Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

To un-mold, run molds under hot water for 20 to 30 seconds. Pull gently on the sticks to remove the popsicles from the molds.

Puree kiwi in food processor or blender until liquified.

Transfer to pouring container

Puree watermelon in food processor or blender until liquified.

You can optionally add sugar or honey if extra sweetness is desired.

Place stick in position.

Pour watermelon juice in maker about 2/3 way to fill line.

Add 3 or 4 raisins to simulate seeds (optional).

Wait 6 minutes or until firmed.

Pour kiwi juice in maker up to fill line.

Wait 10 minutes or until frozen.

Use tool to remove pop and place in freezer.

If you are using a Zoku Quick Pop Maker:

Pour watermelon juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups about 2/3 full.

Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until mixture begins to firm.

Insert sticks.

Pour kiwi juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups to fill.

Return to freezer for several hours.

Use hot water to release from molds.
