Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Sift in the flour and whisk to combine.
Step 2
Using a ladle, get a scoop of batter and place onto a heated non-stick pan and swirl the pan around to distribute the batter around the pan. Cook on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes. If you feel that the crepe isn't cooked evenly on both sides, flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Step 3
To assemble, spread a spoonful of yogurt on one side of each crepe and spread jam on the other side. Fold the crepe in half and then fold in half again. Repeat for all of the remaining crepes.
Step 4
Serve with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
