Place water, spinach and apple in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add banana, avocado and pineapple. Blend until creamy.

This cinnamon-spiced apple smoothie is creamy and irresistibly tasty! It's full of natural sweetness and packed with protein.

Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

apple chunks (skin on, about 1 large or 2 small apples)

banana (room temperature)

Greek yogurt

milk (or almond milk

ice cubes

vanilla extract

cinnamon

maple syrup

Chop the apple. Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with an apple slice. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.

Apple Smoothie

sweet apple (washed with peel on)

almond milk

oats

banana

peanut butter (or almond butter)

maple syrup (plus additional to taste)

cinnamon (plus additional for serving)

nutmeg

allspice

To core the apple: Wash and dry the apple, and leave the peel on. Stand the apple on its base. Place your knife on top, near the stem. Cut straight down along the core. The first side of the apple will come off. Set it aside. Lay the apple flat, cut-side down. Cut off the right and left sides, keeping your knife as near the core as possible. Turn the apple, and cut off the one remaining side. You should have a long, rectangular piece that contains the core, and 4 nice big chunks (the ones you cut away). Discard the core. Cut the four pieces into 1-inch chunks. Place it in a blender.

To the blender, add the remaining ingredients in the order listed: almond milk, oatmeal, banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice. Blend until smooth. Add a small handful of ice, then blend again. For an even thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon as desired and enjoy!

Perfect Apple Smoothie

frozen banana ((3.5 oz))

flax seeds ((5 grams))

peanut butter

almond milk ((or milk of choice))

ice cubes ((about 4-5 large cubes))

In a high-speed blender, combine the apple, banana, flax, peanut butter, cinnamon, and milk. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. The apple should become liquified, which will add more &quot;liquid&quot; to the mix, but if you need to add extra liquid, you can start by adding 2 tablespoons at a time.

Once the mixture is totally smooth, add in the ice and blend again until a slushy texture is achieved. Serve right away for the best texture and flavor.

I have a suggestion for this smoothie - you could substitute the dates/maple syrup with frozen mangoes for natural sweetness, and a really yummy smoothie. The mangoes work well with the spinach and the apple for tartness. Hope you try it out! Good luck for your book launch :)

Thanks to Simply Whisked for a great tasting smoothie. It called for 3-cups of unsweetened yogurt* I used 1 Chobani Lime yogurt and 1 Chobani Honey yogurt which were only 5 oz.= 2/3 cup. I goofed on my end and printed off, to make this for 3 servings, not 1 serving. So, don't click on the numbered X's unless you need to double or triple the recipe. Like I did. But it turned out great with 1 extra cup of yogurt- "Very creamy"! I made this at 4:40 P.M. 2-5-21

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

This Apple Smoothie recipe is a delicious and healthy smoothie made with only three ingredients - apples, coconut milk and ground cinnamon.

apples (- large, preferably organic)

Coconut Milk (- thin or medium consistency or lite coconut milk)

ground cinnamon (- optional)

Rinse the apples and then peel them. Quarter them and remove the seeds. 

Take the chopped apples in a blender jar.

Add the ground cinnamon powder and coconut milk.

Blend till smooth and fine. If you prefer a slightly thinner consistency, add some more coconut milk or a bit of water.

Pour straight away in glasses and serve Apple Smoothie immediately. Do not keep for a long time as then the smoothie turns dark due to oxidation.

My daughter wanted a smoothie but all I had was apples- grabbed some kale from the garden and whipped this up-super fresh and tasty. We both felt strong and energized after! I used some home brewed dragonfruit rooibos iced tea instead of the "milk" which worked nicely. Thanks for a smoothie that fit the bill!

I've been a vegan for a long time but I've always bought my smoothies and cold-pressed juices at the store. For my first home-made smoothie, I knew I had to find the best recipe out there and when I came across yours and saw the 5-star rating, I knew I found "the one."

omg it was sooo good. I used cashew butter instead of almond butter and no flax seeds. The smoothie does have a kale-y smell but tastes fresh and delicious. 

Now that I am confident that I can make a good smoothie at home,  I will be trying more often. Thank you!

Since kale grows like a weed at our place I'm a long time kale smoothie slurper.  Lemon is the key to a good kale smoothie, and the apples are all I use for sweetener, so my version has a lot less sugar.  I love your additions of almond butter, chia and flax, too, and it's great to have a banana break now and then.

Made it w/o chia, almond butter and maple syrup. Used  unsweetened almond milk and golden flax.  Found it to be the perfect balance. Refreshing. Will  make tomorrow as well. Thank you for sharing!
