No Bake Rocky Road Bars are an extra chocolatey version of Rocky Mountain avalanche bars. With 7 ingredients, they come together in a snap!

Avalanche Bark Rocky Road Bars

chocolate-flavored candy coating (I use Almond Bark

chocolate chips

chocolate

jar super chunky peanut butter

crispy rice cereal

mini marshmallows

salt

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Melt the chocolate candy coating, chocolate chips and German chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Microwave at half power for 30 seconds at a time until melted and smooth, stirring after each interval.

Stir the peanut butter into the warm chocolate until melted and smooth. Add the rice cereal, marshmallows and salt and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Allow it to set in a cool place until firm.

You can refrigerate the pan if your kitchen is too warm, or, if you are impatient like me, pop them in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once they are solid, cut them into 24 pieces.

Store in the refrigerator.

Making these bars was a breeze. They were gone in no time!

These are delicious, and no-bake is the type of recipe for me! So east to put together and my kids love them!

No-Bake Rocky Road Avalanche Bars

Chewy and delicious, these peanut butter white chocolate Avalanche Krispie Bars are better than the original. Copycat version of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

Avalanche Krispie Bars Recipe

white chocolate chips (11 ounce each)

peanut butter

rice krispies cereal

mini chocolate chip morsels

Melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter together until creamy. Fold in rice krispies.

Allow to cool to room temperature (about 10 minutes). Stir in mini morsels and mini marshmallows.

Pour into a buttered 9-inch baking dish, pressing lightly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve cold. Enjoy!

We loved this variation of the rice krispie bars! So delicious and so easy to make, my daughter made them!
