This 4 Ingredients Cashew Frosting is your perfect go-to icing for autumnal treats such as carrot or pumpkin cake. Or even for any sweet treats such as cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, and more! Easy-to-make in less than 5 minutes, this recipe is vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free, oil-free, and gluten-free.

4 Ingredients Cashew Frosting (sugar-free)

cashew nuts (soaked*)

lemon juice (or lime juice)

tsp vanilla extract

ml soy milk** (or any other plant milk)

tbsp sweetener (liquid

*Soak the cashews for minimum 4 hours or overnight; or for at least 30 minutes in hot water (better overnight).

Drain the cashew nuts and add all 4 ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth. You might need to blend from 1 to 5 minutes depending on the power of your blender.

Transfer into a bowl (or in a piping bag), cover and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

To ice your desserts, pour on top of cakes or dip the top of your cupcakes/ Carrot Cake Muffins in the cashew frosting.

Quick and easy healthy cookies recipe. These golden cookies are ginger and turmeric flavour with a creamy cashew frosting. Vegan and gluten free when made with gluten-free oats.

Ginger Turmeric Cashew Cookies

Bananas

ground Oats

tbsp ground Ginger

tbsp Turmeric

Salt

Black pepper

/ 115 g Cashew nuts

tbsp Sweetener such as Maple syrup

Vanilla

tbsp Coconut oil

Water

Mix all of the dry cookie ingredients together....
