How to Make a Classic Mimosa

Grand Marnier (optional)

This champagne cocktail is a mix of bubbly champagne, sugar, and Angostura bitters that&#39;s garnished with a lemon twist, dash of bourbon, or a maraschino cherry.

Classic Champagne Cocktail

lemon

Angostura bitters

dry champagne (chilled)

Make a small cut into the rind of the lemon slice, then cut away the pulp, leaving only a strip of rind. Curl and twist the rind into a circular shape, firmly holding it in place for 30 seconds or until the rind can hold a curly shape. Set lemon twist aside.

Add a few dashes (or to taste) of Angostura bitters to a small dish. Add sugar cube to dish, then toss until sugar cube is completely saturated with bitters.

Add soaked sugar cube to a champagne flute, then fill to the brim with champagne. Garnish drink with prepared lemon twist.

Serve immediately.

1. In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice,&nbsp;Grand Marnier, and lime juice. Chill until ready to serve.2. When ready to serve, add the champagne, ginger beer, and pomegranate arils. Pour among glasses and garnish with sugared cranberries and mint.

Strawberry (, for garnish)

Fill champagne flute 1/3 of the way with orange juice.

Top with champagne, garnish with strawberry. Cheers!

This rosemary champagne cocktail with blood orange is a delicious and festive drink! Get the benefits of fresh rosemary in this beautiful holiday cocktail.

Rosemary Champagne Cocktail with Blood Orange

rosemary

honey

rosemary syrup

blood orange juice (any citrus can be substituted)

rosemary sprig and blood orange slice (for garnish)

Combine the water and rosemary sprigs in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.

Strain out the rosemary sprigs. You should have about one cup of rosemary infusion left. Stir in the honey.

Transfer to a jar, cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Rosemary Syrup

Put 1-2 tablespoons of the rosemary syrup into each glass (depends on how sweet you want it). Then add the orange juice and stir a bit to combine.

Fill the glass with champagne (or sparkling water for a mocktail), tilting the glass as you pour to minimize foamy bubbles.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange slice and enjoy. Cheers!

Chambord and Champagne Cocktail with Raspberry Syrup

oz Chambord

tbsp Raspberry Simple Syrup (see notes)

4-6 oz Champagne or Prosecco (or enough to fill up the glass)

To a champagne glass, add the Chambord and raspberry simple syrup and swirl to mix.

Toss in 1-3 raspberries for garnish if desired.

Fill the rest of the glass to the top with Champagne or Prosecco.

Rim the glasses: In a shallow bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon. In a separate shallow bowl, pour a few tablespoons of apple cider. Wet the edges of the glasses in the apple cider, then tap the wet edges in the cinnamon and sugar mixture to rim.
