Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and place 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Place oil into hot skillet and add potatoes and onions. Cook and stir for 5 minutes then add sausage, bacon and tomatoes, stirring to combine.

Place eggs into a large mixing bowl, whisk to beat eggs and add salt and pepper. Carefully pour eggs into skillet. With rubber spatula, pull in edges to start cooking eggs slightly. When about 3/4 cooked, still some runny, top with cheese and parsley. Place in oven to finish cooking, about 10 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove, cut into slices and serve warm.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a skillet over medium high heat cook the ground breakfast sausage until it is cooked through. Remove from the heat and drain the grease before returning it to the skillet.

Add the cream cheese and stir the sausage and cream cheese together until the cheese is melted and fully combined with the sausage. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In a large bowl whisk all of the eggs together.

In a clean skillet scramble the eggs, cooking until they are fully cooked. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and then place 1 sheet of crescent roll dough on the bottom of the dish. Gently press it up the sides of the dish so that it reaches about halfway up.

Scoop the ground sausage mixture over the dough to make one layer.

Next distribute the scrambled eggs over the sausage.

Top with the second sheet of crescent roll dough pressing it down at the edges so it seals to the dough below.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the crescent roll dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and grease a 12-hole muffin tin. In a frying pan over a medium heat, fry the bacon for 5 mins until golden. Let it cool, then chop into chunks and set aside

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil and egg. Tip into the dry mixture, and gently mix until the flour mixture is mostly moistened (lumps will remain). Stir in the bacon, chives and cheese, then spoon the batter into the muffin tin.

Put the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20 mins or until the tops are golden brown. Serve warm.

Chop apples in small 1/4 inch pieces. In a large mixing bowl add cream cheese, sugar an cinnamon. Beat together. Fold in apples until mixed in.

Slice the croissants down the center, making sure not to pierce through. You want to make a &quot;pocket.&quot; Add about two tablespoons of the cream cheese filling.

Butter a 12x8 baking dish. Arrange the croissants facing up.

Whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour the custard over the croissants. Set aside.

In a bowl add flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and butter. Cut the flour mixture with a pastry cutter or your hands. It will resemble coarse crumbs. You can also use a hand mixture to blend together.

Sprinkle the oat crumble over the croissants. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

When you are ready to bake, let the french toast sit out for 30 minutes before baking!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

With the foil still covering the casserole, place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10- 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Crispy One Pan Potatoes with Eggs

Place cast iron pan on high heat. Add butter or ghee to cast iron pan. Add potatoes, cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (lower heat if necessary)

Add shallots. Cook until shallots are caramelized and potatoes are browned and crispy (about 10 more minutes)

Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Stir.

Make 3-4 wells in potatoes with back of a large spoon, crack eggs very carefully into wells.

Cook with lid on until whites are solid and yolks are runny.

Sprinkle with parsley or chives and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve!

¼ cup onion, finely diced

Heat a medium stainless steel pan on medium-high.

Once the pan comes up to temperature, add oil and sauté onion, scallion, garlic, and mushroom.

Once the onion becomes translucent and the mushroom becomes golden brown, drop the heat to low. Then add the gochugaru.

Stir the ingredients together quickly so the gochugaru does not burn. The oil should turn into a scarlet hue at this point.

While the oil is hot, drizzle in soy sauce and let it slightly burn. This step allows for more depth and smokiness in the chili oil.

Add water to the chili oil to deglaze the pan. At this point, season the mixture with fish sauce, slightly saltier than your liking since the eggs will be going in.

Once the mixture comes up to a simmer, create 4 holes in the pan, and carefully crack the eggs in.

Heat on low until the whites on the eggs have set, for about seven minutes.

Dollop a generous amount of the tofu aioli next to the eggs, garnish with chopped scallion and enjoy!

Roughly chop the nuts and place them into a dry frying pan. Place onto medium heat and toast, stirring often, until golden, 5-8 mins. Tip half into a bowl and stir the honey and the rest of the topping ingredients through. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

In the empty pan, make the base: Tip in the frozen blueberries and honey on medium heat and stir until the blueberries have defrosted. Remove from the heat and let it cool down.

Add the oats and remaining frozen blueberries into the bowl with the nuts. Coarsely grate the apple into the mixture and stir through the lemon zest, milk, and yoghurt. Season with as much honey as you’d like, and a pinch of salt

Share the blueberry coulis into jars and ladle the oat mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight so the oats can soften. Once ready to eat, serve the blueberry pots with the toasted nuts.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. &nbsp;Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with &nbsp;tinfoil. Set aside. &nbsp;In a skillet over medium to medium high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel and set aside. &nbsp;

Get out all of your ingredients.

Slice off and remove tops from your crusty buns.   Tear out inside of each bun as best you can.  Do not pull out too much of the inside that you make a hole through the side of the bun.  Use these bread pieces for another use.  I usually feed it to the birds!  Place buns on top of your prepared sheet. 

Sprinkle and press down cheese inside each bun.

Sprinkle bacon pieces on top of the cheese or whatever meat you&#039;re using. Chop peppers and sprinkle some on top of the bacon. 

Sprinkle some green onion too.

Gently crack each egg into each bun, on top of the peppers. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top of each egg if desired. Bake for 15 minutes. 

Remove from oven and add some more cheese on top. Return pan to oven for another 5 to 10 minutes. Timing will be determined by how you like your eggs.
