This easy chocolate fudge recipe comes together in less than 10 minutes with only a few ingredients and it&#x27;s SO delicious!

Fudge Recipe

semisweet chocolate (chopped, 12 ounces, 340 grams)

bittersweet chocolate (chopped, 12 ounces, 340 grams)

oz sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)

tsp sea salt

tsp vanilla extract (10 milliliters)

walnuts or pecans (optional)

Line a 9x9 inch dish with foil or sheets of parchment paper. You can use a larger dish like 9x13, the fudge will just be a bit thinner. Give the foil or paper a spritz of cooking spray or a swipe of melted butter to help it peel off later

Add all the ingredients except the vanilla extract into a medium heavy-bottomed pot and place on low heat stirring frequently.

Once the mixture has thickened and become shiny stir in the vanilla and pour into your prepared dish and smooth with a spatula. Set aside to cool completely, at least an hour.

When your fudge has cooled down remove from dish, peel foil or paper off and cut into squares with a sharp knife.

You can enjoy the fudge immediately or wrap in parchment or wax paper.

Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Fudge is a creamy, smooth chocolate square made from just two ingredients and takes about two minutes to make! This Fudge Recipe comes out perfect every time. Quick, easy and delicious! 

Fudge Recipe {2 Minute!}

14.5 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Fudge Recipe {2 minute!}

Pour all ingredients into a medium sized microwave safe bowl.

Microwave in 30 second intervals for a total of 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring at each 30 second mark.

Stir the fudge vigorously until creamy and smooth.

Pour out onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Using a silicone spatula, spread the fudge into a square, keeping the fudge about 1 inch thick.

Refrigerate the fudge for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the center of the fudge feels solid under light pressure.

Cut the edges off of the fudge to create a clean edge. Proceed to cut the fudge into desired number of squares.

Sprinkle finished squares with sea salt, if desired.

Peppermint bark fudge -- An easy no-bake fudge that can be made with condensed milk and without a candy thermometer.

Peppermint Bark Fudge

sweetened condensed milk ((396 grams))

dark chocolate chips ((175 grams))

chocolate

vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)

Line an 8x8 square pan with aluminum foil and lightly butter the sides and bottom of the foil. &nbsp;Set aside.

Divide condensed milk equally into two separate small/medium saucepans (just over ½ cup in each pan).  

Add dark chocolate chips to one pan and white chocolate chips to the other.

Melt chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly until completely melted. &nbsp;

Once chocolate has melted, remove dark chocolate mixture from heat and stir in vanilla extract. &nbsp;Immediately spread evenly into prepared pan.

Once white chocolate has melted, remove from heat and stir in mint extract, if using.  Stir in ¼ cup (50g) crushed peppermint pieces and immediately spread evenly over chocolate layer.

Immediately sprinkle with remaining crushed peppermint pieces.

Allow fudge to harden completely before slicing and serving (about 4-6 hours at room temperature, or about 1-2 hours in refrigerator). &nbsp;

Similar recipe with ratio of Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk to chips works for our normal Fudge recipe.  This one with the addition of pumpkin puree thins it out far too much.  Just left a sticky mess if left in the freezer and runny mess if left in the fridge.

Easy Fudge Recipe

Tbsp butter

brown sugar

oz evaporated milk

Marshmallow Fluff

tsp vanilla extract (or mint, peppermint)

milk chocolate chips

unsweetened chocolate (chopped)

Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil or parchment paper.  You want the edges of the foil or paper to go up the sides of the pan, so you can grab them to remove the fudge from the pan.  Spray paper or foil with cooking spray

In a heavy saucepan, combine sugars, milk and butter.  Bring to low boil, just beginning to bubble and start timer for 5 minutes.  Stir constantly for the 5 minutes, allowing it to come to a full boil.  Stir, stir, stir!

Stir in marshmallow fluff and vanilla until blended.

Add in chocolate and stir until melted.  Immediately pour into prepared pan.

Shake or tap the pan to get the surface of the fudge smoother, avoid touching it with your hands.

Allow to set up at room temperature.

Using foil or paper, lift fudge out of pan.  Remove foil or paper and cut fudge into squares.  Store in an airtight container with layers of paper between fudge.

I printed this recipe a long time ago and decided to make it. I am so glad they changed the fact to microwave the flower 1 minute instead of 3 minutes. When I microwaved it 3 minutes it smelled like burnt popcorn. The fudge tasted exactly like cookie dough. My husband said it wasn't as sweet, which he liked. It was a huge success with everyone else. My son said this is his new favorite type of fudge.

There was no mention of how long to COOL the white chocolate/condensed milk mixture.  It melted all the chocolate chips.

Made this for the first time ever and it turned out perfect. Not sure why so many people are having trouble with it, its really a very simple recipie. I didn't even use an electric mixer! Just lowered the sugar a 1/4 cup because i think it will be plenty sweet enough. 2 teaspoons of vanilla for me too.

Made these today...used half a cup of sugar but don’t think I mixed the sugar and butter enough as it is quite grainy. Other than that turned out yummo!

This was a huge hit! I did reduce the sugar to only 1/2 cup to avoid that overly sweet taste fudge can get. It was perfect.

I make this recipe at least once a year. I use a stand mixer and a double boiler as microwaving to melt white chocolate (or in my case "Yogurt chips") can sometimes be disastrous and cause bits to burn while others don't melt. As others here, I live on the wild-side and have never cooked or microwaved the flour. I guess if a stick of butter and condensed sweetened milk doesn't kill me, the flour might as well. In the end it tasted like opening up a tub of Tollhouse dough, without the fear of eating raw egg. Oh and only 1 tsp of vanilla? I easily double that...

Definitely a 'keeper recipe' - I made a batch of this fudge today...Spot on tastes just like chocolate chip cookie dough! Sets up nice and firm--slices up beautifully. Definitely will make this again!

Oreo fudge takes 5 minutes to make, it’s the perfect cookies and cream fudge for the holiday season! 

Oreo Fudge

sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz

white chocolate chips

oreos,

tsp vanilla extract

Line a square 8 or 9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Make sure the foil goes up the sides of the pan. Set aside.

In a glass microwave safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir with a spatula until combined. 

Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Do not microwave longer, the mixture will melt and come together as you stir. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and combined. Over microwaving can cause the chocolate to scorch and the fudge will be crumbly. Stir in the chopped oreos, salt, and vanilla extract.

Transfer the fudge to the pan and spread into an even thickness. Press extra oreos into the top if desired. Allow the fudge to set on the counter for at least 4 hours, overnight is great too. You can loosely cover the top of the fudge with foil. 

Once the fudge is set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1-2 weeks.

Add the butter, both types of chocolate chips, and vanilla to an extra large mixing bowl.  Set aside. 

Line a 9×13'' pan with tin foil and set aside.

In a very large heavy saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sugar, and marshmallows.&nbsp;Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil.

Keep the heat on medium and stir constantly, being cautious to constantly scrape down the sides of the pan and along the bottom of the pan as you stir (this will help the sugar dissolve and not be grainy, and keep anything from burning to the bottom or sides of the pan.)&nbsp;

Boil for about 10 minutes*--the fudge should be light golden brown in color. (If using a candy thermometer you will want to cook it to around 235-240 degrees F. Temperature will vary depending on altitude, humidity etc., but just watch the clock and make sure it boils for about 10 minutes).

Grease your foil-lined pan with cooking spray. 

Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the chocolate chips and use an electric mixer to gently combine everything until melted and smooth. Pour into prepared pan.

Chill completely in the refrigerator. Once cooled you can pull up on the edges of the tinfoil to lift the entire slab of fudge out of the pan.&nbsp;

Cut into small squares, or I like to cut it into a few "bricks" that I wrap in tinfoil and give as gifts.  Store fudge wrapped tightly in the fridge so it doesn't dry out.
