Sticky sweet and garlicky, this glazed salmon recipe comes together in just 20 minutes

Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

(6 oz each) salmon filets

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper

tsp smoked paprika ((or regular paprika))

tsp blackening seasoning ((optional))

Tbsp butter

olive oil

garlic (minced)

honey

water

soy sauce

Tbsp sriracha sauce

lemon juice

Pat salmon dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika and blackening seasoning (if using).  Set aside.  Adjust oven rack to middle position, then preheat broiler.

Add butter and oil to a large, oven-safe skillet over MED-HIGH heat.  Once butter is melted, add garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and lemon juice and cook 30 seconds or so, until sauce is heated through.

Add salmon, skin side down (if using salmon with skin), and cook 3 minutes.  While salmon cooks, baste frequently with sauce from the pan by spooning it over the top of the salmon.

Broil salmon for 5-6 minutes, basting with sauce once during the broil, until salmon is caramelized and cooked to desired doneness.

Garnish with minced parsley if desired.

Can you believe it took me 30+ years to eat fish. Never was a fan. Just started bc my husband fishes and the taste isn’t really THAT bad. So in the name of variety.. I decided to try salmon. I've made this almost every week since trying it for the first time a few months ago. It's so simple, but turns out delicious every time! I highly recommend serving it over roasted brussels sprouts and spooning a little extra sauce over everything.

Absolutely delicious! Loved that I had most of the ingredients already, just needed to get fresh salmon. Super easy, highly recommend. We used a cast iron pan just like in the video which I recommend doing if you have one, helped to get a nice sear and had plenty of room to baste.

This was excellent, but I think salmon is supposed to be cooked skin side down first to avoid burning it. So I did that, and then flipped it over and cooked for 1 minute on the other side! Very good recipe.

This was the most delicious salmon recipe. And simple. Usually buy my salmon pieces pre-marinated and oven cook. With this recipe it is the combination of the cooking method and the sauce that just works. I had a jar of truffle honey that decided to use and it infused an earthy honey taste. Forgot the garlic by accident. Still so amazing. Can not wait to make it again.

My daughter and I did not love this. In fact neither of us finished it. There was something about the sauce neither of us liked.

These Glazed Sesame Salmon fillets are flavored with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger, oven-roasted and served with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes.

Preheat oven to 375 and spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray. Lay the salmon skin side down surrounded by chopped vegetables.

In a small bowl, whisk together Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade and drizzle the rest of the marinade over the salmon and vegetables.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and broil for another 5-7 minutes until the top starts to blacken.

Remove salmon from the oven and brush remaining marinade on top. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime slices of desired.

Miso, oranges, and grainy mustard enhance the flavour of wild-caught salmon in this easy one-pan baked Mandarin Orange Miso Glazed Salmon.

Mandarin Orange Miso Glazed Salmon

tbsp oil

light brown sugar OR (Lacanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener)

cornstarch

pepper (freshly ground)

tsp oil

tsp organic mandarin orange zest (grated)

tbsp white miso

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp grainy mustard

cayenne pepper

Heat oven to 400°F. and adjust rack to middle position.

First, prepare the glaze. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, whisking to combine. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer and cook until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm.

Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch in a small bowl to make the rub.

Cut the fillet into 4 pieces. Score the skin of the salmon with a sharp knife, taking care to not cut into the flesh.

Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towel, then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

Sprinkle the rub mixture on to the salmon pieces, rubbing it in to distribute evenly.

Heat oil in an oven proof skillet. When it shimmers, add salmon pieces, flesh side down and sear for 1 minute or until golden brown. Use a fish turner or tongs to turn the fish and sear on the skin side for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, spoon the glaze over the fish and transfer the skillet to the oven. Cook until salmon has reached an internal temperature of 145°F when measured with a meat thermometer, or when fish flakes easily with a fork, but is still translucent in the center. Remove from oven and let rest. Transfer to a serving platter or plates and serve.

1.5 lbs. Atlantic salmon filet (skin-on

Preheat oven to 400° F

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large cast iron or oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and cracked black pepper (both sides if using skinless and just flesh side if using skin-on). Transfer salmon to preheated skillet, flesh side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until a nice golden crust has formed on the outside. Flip salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Pour glaze over top of salmon and transfer skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 5 minutes, until salmon is just cooked through to medium-well and sauce is bubbly. Add an additional minute or two in the oven for well-done.

Garnish salmon with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired and serve immediately.

Pan Seared Salmon with Brown Sugar Soy Glaze

Stir together brown sugar, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved.

Pat fish dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then cook fish on 1 side until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn fish over and brown other side 3- 4 minutes.

While cooking fish, transfer soy sauce mixture to small saucepan and heat until simmering. Simmer about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow to reduce and thicken.

Pour sauce over salmon in skillet and continue to cook until fish is just cooked through and slightly charred on ends.

Transfer salmon to serving dish and drizzle with remaining sauce from skillet. Garnish with chopped parsley or scallions if desired.

Savory oven-baked glazed salmon, marinated and seasoned perfectly with soy sauce, garlic, and honey. Easy to prepare and fancy enough to serve to guests.

Soy Glazed Salmon Recipe

Whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes in a measuring cup to make marinade. Reserve half of the marinade for glaze. Pour remaining marinade into a flat bowl or pan. Add salmon fillets, flip once or twice to coat in marinade, and leave skin side up in the marinade. Place in the fridge for 15-45 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, boil reserved marinade until reduced, about 5 minutes. Stir frequently, marinade has a tendency to boil over.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. If desired, line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.

Remove salmon from marinade and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake salmon for 10 minutes. Remove salmon fillets from oven, brush with glaze. Put salmon back into oven and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes more or until an instant read thermometer reads 145ºF and fish flakes easily with a fork. (An internal temperature of 145ºF is my personal preference for salmon, but feel free to cook it to whatever temperature you like!). Enjoy immediately!

Baked Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Preheat oven to 425˚F.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the soy sauce, water, rice wine, brown sugar, garlic and ginger.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn the heat to low.

Simmer for 5 minutes.
