Apple Pie Overnight Oats

apple (chopped)

cinnamon

maple syrup

Sea salt

almond milk (or milk of your choice)

chia seeds

vanilla extract

nutmeg

old fashioned oats (or gluten-free oats)

Add the apples, cinnamon, maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt to small sauce pan over low heat.

Mix to combine then cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender.

Remove the lid, increase the heat to medium and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the apples and excess liquid evaporates.

Remove from the heat and set aside while you make the oats.

For the apples:

In a small bowl, add the milk, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.

Add the oats and mix to combine.

Add 1/4 of the oat mixture to 2 mason jars (8oz) or airtight containers (with lids).

Layer each evenly with ¼ of the apples then top each with an equal amount of the remaining oats and 1 tablespoon walnuts.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Oats may be eaten cold, at room temperature or warm.

For the oats:

Using sauté setting, toast coconut until golden being careful not to burn.

Stir in coconut milk and water.

Cover. Set on high pressure with timer set to 0 (zero).&nbsp;

When time is up, allow a 10 minutes natural pressure release before opening the valve. Open lid and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Instant Pot:

In medium pot over medium high heat, toast coconut being careful not to burn.

Cover and bring to a boil.

After reaching a boil, remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Keto Coconut Low Carb Porridge in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

Easy Cinnamon-Raisin Overnight Oats are the perfect make-ahead, healthy weekday breakfast!

Cinnamon-Raisin Overnight Oats

quick oats (I prefer organic, you can use gluten-free)

flax seeds

almond milk (or milk of choice)

monk fruit sweetener or stevia (to taste,

dried raisins (plus optional more for topping)

banana (sliced)

walnuts

Cinnamon

Add oats, flax, chia seeds, milk of choice, cinnamon, sweetener of choice and dried raisins into a mason jar or storage container with a lid. Stir ingredients together.

Place in the fridge overnight. If you’re in a rush you can shorten the soak time 3 to 4 hours.

The next morning, when ready to eat, remove the lid and stir. If the oats are too thick, add a little more milk to loosen the mixture.

Top with sliced banana, walnuts and optional extra raisins or berries and enjoy.

You can eat the oats straight from the jar or pour into a bowl for serving.

This is an excellent product.   The taste is fantastic. I made the recipe with non fat milk instead of almond milk.  I will have this for breakfast every morning for weight loss and to lower my cholesterol.

I forgot to make these last night but did this morning and put in the fridge for almost 2h, and then warmed in the microwave for 1.5min. Warming it seemed to speed up the process and it was delicious! I like my oatmeal warm anyway but will need cold ones on other days in my lunch. I didn't have flax seed, but I have it on my grocery list for the next time.

Tres Leches Overnight Oats are inspired by my favorite cake. Oats soak in three milks overnight, creating a high-protein, high-fiber breakfast that&#039;s lightly sweetened keeps you full all morning.

Tres Leches Overnight Oats

vanilla protein

sweetened condensed milk

evaporated light milk (or 2% milk)

protein oats (Bobs Redmill or quick rolled oats)

basil seeds (or chia seeds)

monk fruit sweetener (optional, to taste)

coconut flakes

whipped topping

strawberries

In a mason jar or an airtight container, combine the wet ingredients; protein shake, yogurt, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract and mix well until smooth. Add the basil or chia seeds, oats and cinnamon and mix well. If you want it sweeter add more condensed milk or monk fruit.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours, until thick and creamy.

Divide in two serving dishes and top with light whipped topping, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and coconut flakes.

Highly recommend! The recipe is great, though I found adding a tiny bit of extra oats and chia seeds gave it the perfect, creamy texture. It’s a guaranteed family-pleaser that even my 6 and 9-year-olds love!

Toast the bread.

Spread ¼ cup of the cottage cheese onto each slice toast, then top each half with sliced cucumbers, then the tomato, lox, red onion slivers, everything bagel seasoning and fresh dill.

If desired, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add a few capers.

This was such a fresh tasting, easy delicious meal to make for breakfast or lunch. It’s an elevated version of smoked salmon on a bagel. Much more nutritious and satisfying. I used Ezekiel seed bread and increased the salmon by half an ounce to utilize a full 4oz package for two people.

This was delicious!!! Loved the cottage cheese and toast instead of bagel. Flexible recipe. I had sourdough on hand and used it.  Did not have Everything Bagel seasoning on hand but substituted TJ 21 Salute and KINDERS seasoning. Served with a side of fruit.  Beautiful presentation and so satisfying!
