This easy lemon vinaigrette recipe is a great one to have in your back pocket. It&#x27;s delicious and versatile - perfect for tossing with salads, roasted vegetables, and more!

Lemon Vinaigrette

lemon juice

garlic (grated)

Dijon mustard

sea salt (more

black pepper

honey

olive oil

thyme (optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and honey, if using.

Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking and continue to whisk until the dressing is emulsified. Alternatively, combine everything in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine.

If your dressing is too tangy, add more olive oil, to taste.

Add the thyme, if desired, and season to taste. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. The olive oil will solidify a bit in the fridge. To soften, let the dressing sit at room temp for a few minutes and stir before using.

This Lemon Vinaigrette has bright and tangy flavor, and pairs well with nearly any salad.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Or, place all ingredients in a jar, and shake to combine.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Enjoy!

In a large pot boil the asparagus for 3-5 minutes.  Rinse in cold water.

In a large bowl combine spinach, radish, cherry tomatoes, peas, onion, and feta cheese.

Pour the desired amount of dressing over the salad and mix together.

How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette

We recommend using a small blender to emulsify the ingredients and also fully incorporate the shallot. If not using shallot, simply add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.&nbsp;If using a blender, add all ingredients to small blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.

Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more lemon for acidity, olive oil for richness, salt and pepper to taste, or maple syrup for sweetness.

Use immediately on warm and cold salads, roasted vegetables, and more! Store in the refrigerator 3-4 days. The oil can harden when cold, so shake well to reincorporate.&nbsp;

How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette | Minimalist Baker Recipes

This Italian Quinoa Salad is simply my favorite way to eat quinoa ever, especially with this Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette. Seriously, grab a fork and dig in.

Italian Quinoa Salad

quinoa

water

basil (coarsely chopped)

arugula (roughly chopped)

zucchini (quartered and sliced)

tomatoes (chopped)

mozzarella al fresca (drained)

salt

pepper

Make the vinaigrette by mixing together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, and salt in a small mason jar or bowl. Set in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.

Prepare quinoa according to package directions.

Once quinoa is cooked, set in the fridge and chill until completely cooled. Meanwhile prepare arugula, tomatoes, basil, and zucchini, chopping as directed.

Once the quinoa has cooled, add to serving bowl, add arugula, basil, zuchinni, and tomatoes; gently toss to combine.

Toss the fresh mozzarella with the tablespoon of Italian or Tuscan seasoning. Add the cheese with the seasoning to the salad.

Add chilled dressing to the salad and gently toss.

Serve immediately or set in the fridge until ready to serve, up to 1 hour before.

This lemon vinaigrette is so simple and easy but it goes with dozens of salad combinations! Serve it with a Greek salad or over spinach with cherry tomatoes and you can't go wrong!

Blend lemon juice, shallot, Dijon, agave, salt and pepper in a blender or mini-prep. Add olive oil and canola oil and blend until smooth. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.

In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Then add the olive and oil and whisk again. Add shallots, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine. I often like to place vinaigrettes in a jar with a tight fitting lid, and then shake to combine.

Made with fresh lemon juice, white balsamic vinegar, and cannabis-infused olive oil, this bright, zesty dressing is perfect to pair with all of your favorite salads, act as a marinade for meats or a dip for your favorite crusty bread.

Zesty Cannabis Lemon Vinaigrette

white balsamic vinegar

white wine vinegar

scallion (white only)

parmesan cheese

white, granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients lemon juice through crushed red pepper in a tall, wide-mouth container like a mason jar.

Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender.

With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the cannabis-infused oil to emulsify.

Baby Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and Parmesan

lemon juice ((from 1 large or 2 small lemons))

shallot,

Tbsp. honey

Diamond kosher salt

baby arugula

Parmesan cheese ((coarsely grated))

In a medium bowl, whisk the lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, shallots, honey, salt and pepper to dissolve.

Slowly whisk in the olive oil to create an emulsion.

You can also just add all ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until the dressing is emulsified and the honey is completely dissolved.

To make the vinaigrette:

Gently mix the arugula, Parmesan and the amount of vinaigrette as desired just before serving. Season with freshly ground pepper and top with more Parmesan.

To serve:

This lemon vinaigrette recipe has bold, citrusy flavor with just a handful of ingredients! Everyone will love this quick salad dressing.

Easy Lemon Vinaigrette (4 Ingredients!)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and kosher salt.

Gradually whisk in the olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time, until creamy and emulsified. If desired, season with additional salt (or add 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano for an herby spin).

My favorite basic go-to salad dressing recipe, made with pantry staples: lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

My Favorite Salad Dressing

½ cup (120 mL) fresh lemon juice

Diamond Crystal kosher salt

Combine ingredients in a vinaigrette container or other leakproof jar. Shake well and use immediately. Leftover vinaigrette can be stored at room temperature for up to a week. Shake well before using.

Greek Quinoa Salad Bowl Recipe

cherry tomatoes (halved)

cucumber (diced)

Divide the quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, olive, and feta cheese evenly among 4 bowls.

For the dressing: combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.

What do you make for a side that’s not rice or potatoes? You don’t have to only think along the lines of “I have to make a protein and a grain and a vegetable.” And the alternative to rice doesn’t have to be pasta, or barley, or couscous, or any other grain. And the alternative to potatoes doesn’t have to be broccoli or green beans or any roasted veggie or or or. Combine them. Use one dressing to flavor both of them. Add greens to make it bright (this stretches the dish too) and other ingredients to complement. Yes, there’s a time for plain brown rice. But then there’s a time for—let’s call these—“side salads”: salads that really fill you up and take the place of several side dishes at once.

Pereg Quinoa (raw)

hot water, for cooking quinoa

This easy-to-make, incredibly flavorful, and light lemon vinaigrette dressing comes together in no time and is a perfect dressing for salads.

Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

white distilled vinegar

olive oil oil

chives

thyme

sea salt and pepper

Add the lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and honey to a medium size bowl.

Whisk vigorously until it is combined.

Slowly drizzle in the oil while continuing to vigorously whisk the dressing to emulsify it. The vinaigrette should be thickened and completely combined once all the oil is added.

Add the chives, thyme, salt, and pepper to the dressing.

Whisk the vinaigrette together to combine the remaining ingredients. Store or serve it.
