80 gm Almond Flour

tsp Baking Powder

tbsp Physilium Husk

tsp Garlic Powder

Salt

tsp Chia Seeds

tsp Flax seeds

tsp Sesame seeds

Egg Whites

tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)

tbsp Hot Water

Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. In another bowl, add egg whites, oil and vinegar.

Mix and add dry ingredients and mix with hot water.

Leave for 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes a little bit thick.

Divide into 4 portions and place on baking tray.

Sprinkle some mix seeds and bake on preheated oven on 180 for 30 minutes.

You can change buns size according to your daily calorie intake or macros.

These soft and pillowy Keto buns taste similar to whole wheat bread, but with a fraction of the carbs! They are easy to make and work with both sweet and savoury toppings. The recipe is gluten free, Paleo and dairy free.

/ 60 ml hot water

almond flour

coconut flour

tbsp psyllium husk powder (or 2 tbsp whole psyllium husks)

tsp baking powder

sesame seeds, for sprinkling (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius / 356 Fahrenheit.

Mix your dry ingredients. Then put all ingredients into a food processor or mix with an electric blender until smooth, about 20 seconds. Don't over-mix the dough.&nbsp;

Let the dough sit for a couple of minutes so the flours can absorb the moisture.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Separate the dough into 4 equal portions and form buns.&nbsp;

Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or seeds of choice. Make a criss-cross cut on the top and bake for around 25 minutes or until browned.&nbsp;

Low carb, gluten-free cauliflower bread is great for sandwiches, burgers and more.

Cauliflower Bread Buns

cauliflower florets ((see note))

eggs

parmesan cheese

dry Italian seasoning herb blend

tsp white sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, eggs, cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning. Mix with a large spoon until everything is thoroughly mixed. The mixture should be wet but not liquid.

Grease the cavities of a muffin top pan. If you don't own a muffin top pan, you can also make free-form ones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

Measure out 1/2 cup lightly packed cauliflower mix. Dump onto muffin mold or onto a baking sheet and press down on the middle with the palm of your hand. If you are using muffin top pan, evenly spread the cauliflower across the mold and compact it down slightly with your knuckles or fingers so that the crumbs of the bread will be tight. If using a baking sheet, press down on the mixture with the palm of your hand and then spread and shape to form a round disc&nbsp;4 inches wide and slightly more than 1/2 inch high. Compact down the cauliflower mix gently with your fingers or knuckles so that the crumbs of the cauliflower buns will be tight. Sprinkle tops of bread buns with sesame seeds.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are golden and cauliflower breads are completely cooked. Use a thin spatula to gently loosen the bottoms of the cauliflower breads (I recommend using a good silicone cookie spatula which usually has a very thin edge that glides easily underneath.) Allow breads to cool slightly before eating.
