This super easy Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie with an oreo cookie-like crust is the ultra rich no-bake dessert of your DREAMS. Without tofu, cashews, or coconut milk!

No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie

(280 grams) almonds (or nuts of choice)*

(40 grams) cacao powder

tsp salt

(50 grams) coconut oil**

chocolate

(480 grams) almond milk (or milk of choice)

dates

For the crust, blend the nuts, cacao powder, and salt until coarsely ground.

Add the coconut oil. Blend/stir until the texture is moist and crumbly but holds together when pressed.

Press into the bottom of a pie pan and up the sides, reserving about 1/2 cup for topping.

For the filling, blend the milk and dates on high until very smooth.

Add melted chocolate to the blender and blend until combined.

Pour into the crust and smooth the top. Sprinkle with the remaining crust chunks and chocolate chips. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Refrigerate or freeze overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

Dust with powdered sugar or coconut flour (looks like powdered sugar and you don’t taste it). Slice and enjoy!

wow. heckin wow!! I've never been one for vegan desserts, I've always wanted some thing that made me feel like I was eating something naughty lol I was reluctant to eat this as I'm also not a fan at all of dates.
but I'd eat this entire cake if I could! desserts usually have me feeling heavy, bloated and upsets my tummy. I can have a pretty nice little slice, feel like I'm having that sweet treat and come out of it feeling awesome and light. ill be staying on this page forever, subscribing, recommending.  thank you for bringing the healthy desserts back in my life lol

This dessert is not for the faint of heart 😂 But it’s a good thing my family has chocolate in their veins because not a single person said, “this is too rich for me.” Nope. We all devoured and raved and grew a little sad when we took our last bite. Was it rich? Absolutely! But that’s how I love my chocolate-y treats!!! I wish I could have taken a video of everyone’s faces when they saw the pie and then another of them eating it. This was pure decadent heaven!!!!! I had to make a couple of minor adjustments...I didn’t have enough almonds for the crust, so I ended up subbing in a cup of hazelnuts and man did that work perfectly!!!! We also couldn’t find unsweetened baking chocolate last minute, so we used Theo’s 85% baking chocolate bars...which made the filling a little extra sweeter, but obviously no complaints here! 😂😂 This was a Father’s Day success! I’m pretty sure it will be requested for the next birthday or family gathering! Putting this pie together was so super easy and Willow thought the process was fun because, well, chocolate upon chocolate!! The filling was ridiculously creamy and it paired perfectly with the saltiness of the crust ❤️ I don’t know, can you tell that we LOVED THE PIE?? I think this deserves way more than five stars! Wow I made this today and it is UNREAL!!! mindblowing how good it is! Turned out identicle to the picture! I ran out of almonds so I used a mix with some walnuts and I used coconut milk unsweetened but everything else I did exact and it's SO good! Thanks for this!!!

I’m typically not a no bake fan but man was this super easy and super tasty! My husband and friend both loved it and I like how it’s rich but light at the same time. Will be keeping this recipe for sure!

You had me at no tofu no cashews no coconut cream. I love refined sugar free baking and vegan and raw baking. But if I pull up the list of ingredients and there's like 20 ingredients and half of them are nuts and require different stages I lose attention span and will to make the recipe. The filling in this recipe is phenomenal and a welcomed change in my dessert rotation. For reference I used the Pascha 100% unsweetened chocolate chips. I used Blue Diamond unsweetened chocolate Almond Breeze. I cannot rate the crust because I improvised based on what I had at home but I will be making this verbatim in the future. You are my new favorite blogger recently discovered by me and so thankful that you do this job.

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but I had to for this, because it is phenomenal. I had no clue that dates, almond milk, and unsweetened chocolate could produce such a decadent dessert. The consistency and texture of this is perfect. I poured the filling into a casserole dish and sprinkled the crust mixture over top. I'm thankful I have some self-control because it would be gone in one sitting if I didn't. I will absolutely be making this again soon.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats are so easy to make, and  the perfect recipe for your chocolate peanut butter cravings. Like a crispy, crunchy, chewy peanut butter cup!

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

unsalted butter

peanut butter

Rice Krispie cereal*

oz chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)

vegetable oil

Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray. 

In a large saucepan melt the butter, mini marshmallows and peanut butter together over low heat while stirring gently.  

Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the Rice Krispies.

Press the mixture into the pan (lightly spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray to avoid the mixture sticking to your hands).

Add the chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) to a medium-sized heatproof bowl. Microwave for 45-second intervals on medium power (not high or standard), stirring in between each burst.

Once almost melted, stir until smooth and stir in the vegetable oil.

Pour the chocolate over the top of the bars and let harden at room temperature (about 2 hours).

Cut into squares and store in an airtight container at room temperature.

This is an old-fashioned childhood dessert mom made and we hardly could wait for the banana pudding to cool. Real whipped cream, bananas, and nilla wafers make up this easy-made from-scratch dessert.

These no bake healthy chocolate chip blondies are the perfect treat without the guilt! They come together in a single bowl and are ready before you know it!

No Bake Healthy Chocolate Chip Blondies

banana

honey

vanilla

+ 2 tablespoons coconut flour, sifted

mini chocolate chips

Line an 8&#215;4 loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the banana, add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Once the mixture is cohesive and creamy, add in the coconut flour and combine well. The final step is to add in chocolate chips and combine.

Spread mixture into a lined pan with your hands, pressing down and spreading evenly, to about 1/2 thick. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.

Picking up the parchment paper, remove from pan and cut into individual squares.

You can wrap them individually or in an airtight container and refrigerate them for a week. They can also be wrapped individually and frozen for up to a month.

Great recipe concept! I found it made a difference the second time through to use a really ripe banana. I also upped the maple syrup to ⅓ cup instead of ¼ and doubled the mini chips.

I just made my first batch of these bars.  I had my 10 year old granddaughter, who eats gluten-free d/t psoriasis, lick the spoon.  She said "YUM".  I also licked the spoon and found that I liked it too!  Great recipe!

No Bake Healthy Blondies

These Kid Friendly Rum Balls are made using just four ingredients and can be ready to enjoy in 10 minutes! Both regular and Thermomix instructions included.

Kid Friendly Rum Balls

Marie Biscuits (see notes)

desiccated coconut (90 grams)

cocoa

sweetened condensed milk (one tin)

desiccated coconut (to roll the balls in.)

Place the extra coconut  into a separate bowl and set aside until needed.

Place the biscuits into a food processor and blitz until finely crushed. Alternatively you can use a rolling pin to crush them.

Transfer to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until combined.

Use a dessert spoon to scoop the mixture up and roll into balls.

Roll in the extra coconut until covered.

Repeat until you have used all of the Rum Ball mixture and then place them into the fridge to firm - or you can enjoy them straight away!

Place the biscuits into your Thermomix bowl and use the 1 sec Turbo Function 5 - 6 times to crush the biscuits until they resemble bread crumbs.

Add the cocoa powder, vanilla essence, coconut and condensed milk to your Thermomix bowl and mix for 15 seconds at speed 4. Scrape down the sides and mix for a further 10 seconds on speed 4 until combined.

These Bunny Pretzels are decadent snacks that are perfectly sweet and salty. Easter is going to be extra fun, thanks to these bunny-themed pretzels.

White Chocolate Almond Bark - melted

Pink and Black Food Coloring Gel

Parchment Paper

Toothpicks

Lay out a large piece of Parchment Paper on the counter or table. (Try to get Pretzel&#39;s from the bag that are flat, they&#39;re easier to make)

Melt 3 squares of White Chocolate Almond Bark in the Microwave, and lay Pretzels out on the Parchment.  Fill the spaces in the Pretzel with the melted White Chocolate, and let dry or set for 30 minutes.

Turn each of  the Pretzels over, and from the left over melted White Chocolate, place about 3 Tablespoons of the melted Chocolate in a small dish, and 2 Tablespoons of the Melted Chocolate in another small dish.

Add Pink Food Coloring Gel to the 3 Tablespoons of White Chocolate in the small dish, and add the Black Food Coloring Gel to the dish with 2 Tablespoons of melted White Chocolate.

Using a Toothpick, add 2 Black dots to the lower space in the Pretzel (for the eyes).  Add a small amount of the Pink for the Nose - also using a toothpick.  Add a small amount of the Pink Chocolate to the upper 2 spaces, creating the ears.

Allow about 30 minutes for the Chocolate to set, or dry completely.  Serve, and Enjoy!

These no-bake Oreo Balls are made without cream cheese! They are so easy to make and are fun to customize with your favorite flavors of Oreos.

No Bake Oreo Balls without Cream Cheese

Double-Stuffed Oreos (one 15.25 ounce package)

sweetened condensed milk

chocolate chocolate

Place the Oreos in a food processor or blender and pulse to fine crumbs. You can also crush the cookies in a ziplock bag.

Add the butter and sweetened condensed milk to the cookie crumbs and mix until well blended.

Use a small (1-inch) cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the Oreo mixture, pressing the Oreos firmly into the scoop. Place the ball into your hand and gently roll it into a ball.

Place the cookie balls on a parchment-lined tray or cookie sheet. Once all of the balls have been formed, put the cookie sheet into the freezer for 1 hour.

After an hour, melt the melting wafers according to package directions. Work with one ball at a time, placing it into the melted chocolate, rolling to coat the ball. Use a fork to remove the ball from the chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip off.

Place the coated ball back onto the cookie sheet. If you are using sprinkles, shake over the Oreo ball immediately before the chocolate sets. If you are decorating with chocolate drizzle, wait for the chocolate to harden before drizzling additional chocolate over the balls.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes,or until ready to serve.

These No Bake Rocky Road Bars are the perfect easy recipe if you love peanut butter and chocolate. With only 5 ingredients - they&#x27;re crispy, crunchy &amp; gooey thanks to using Rice Krispie cereal and mini marshmallows.

Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Leave an overhang around the edges.

In a large microwave safe bowl add the peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips.&nbsp;

Microwave for 45-second intervals on medium power, stirring between each interval until everything is melted. 

Stir until the mixture is evenly mixed together and allow to cool slightly for 5 minutes.&nbsp;

Stir in the Rice Krispies and marshmallows.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread into the corners of the pan.

Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until set.

Lift the bars out of the pan using the overhang from the parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cut into squares and serve. 

These are SOOOOO GOOOOOD! You could even substitute white or butterscotch chips for the chocolate chips. I love that they are no bakes, because I can make them in the summer without turning on my oven.  Thank you so much for the recipe!

This was so good. My son is GF and dairy free so we used Good Life chocolate chips, GF puffed rice and his vegan butter and added 1/2 cup of chopped almonds. Followed your recipe to a T and it came out sooooo delicious! This is his new favorite dessert!

This sweet No-Bake Chocolate Chips Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Bar is perfect as a vegan dessert or snack, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free.

No-Bake Cookie Dough Bars

Peanut Butter (Unsalted) (unsalted, no sugar

Maple Syrup (Note 2)

Vanilla Extract

Sea Salt

Almond Flour

Coconut Flour (Note 3)

Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

3.5 oz Dark Chocolate

Coconut Oil (melted)

Line a 9-inch x 5-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla.

Combine with a spatula until creamy and evenly combined.

Stir in almond flour and coconut flour with a spatula. When it starts to be difficult to stir, add the chocolate chips and knead the dough with your hands.

Transfer the cookie dough into the prepared pan and press the dough all over the pan to form an even layer.

Freeze 10 minutes while you are making the chocolate layer

In a small saucepan, add dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt them on medium heat, stirring all the time to prevent the chocolate from burning. You can also melt the mixture in the microwave using a glass bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stir, and repeat by 30-second bursts until the chocolate is fully melted.

Remove the bar from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate onto the cookie dough bar.

Spread the chocolate evenly, then bring the pan back to the freezer for 5-8 minutes until the chocolate layer is set.

Cut into 16 small bars and store bars into an airtight box in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze the bars in a zip-lock bag. Defrost on the counter for 2 hours before eating or enjoy half frozen.

I change out the coconut oil in the chocolate with cacao butter instead and use Lilly's sugar free chocolate and chocolate chips and it's absolutely AMAZING!  Thanks so much for this!

The No Bake Cookie Dough Bars were super quick and easy to make. Soo yummy, I have to stay away from the fridge otherwise there will be none left tomorrow.
