BOARD ONE

Preheat oven to 350F. Butter or oil a baking dish. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk together 4-5 eggs with 3 tbsp heavy cream. Use a fork or whisk to beat the eggs briskly for 30-60 seconds. Mix with a option 1 tsp honey.

Pour the eggs into a hot greased skillet. Keep the heat on medium/medium low. Using a wooden spatula or spoon, begin pushing the eggs towards the outer edges of pan. Once they start to slightly cook (in the middle), then mix in 1/2 tbsp or 1 tbsp cream cheese. Stir into the eggs evenly. Stop cooking eggs when they are about 80% done and slightly runny.

Transfer the scrambled eggs into a small baking dish or individual ramekins. Place in oven on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until top of eggs are golden. Season with pinch of sea salt, basil, and dollop of cream on top if desired.

Served baked eggs on wooden or maple board with spoons and forks. Accompanied by avocado and toast (gluten free), gouda or cheddar, fresh basil, ham or Prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and fresh coffee.

For Creamed Scrambled Eggs

Place 4-5 large organic eggs in salted (pinch of salt) boiling water for 5 1/2 minutes. Remove eggs and place into an ice water bath for 15 minutes before peeling and serving.

Place soft boiled eggs in serving dish and arrange on large board or marble with bowls of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, figs/candied oranges, Oatmeal bites or gluten free breakfast cookies, and cheese. Spoons on the side.

To soft boil eggs

Toast your waffles in toaster oven or oven, then slice into wedges. Fully cook your sausage links.

Arrange waffles and sausage on wooden board with dip bowls of honey butter and maple syrup.

Fresh fruit to arrange around the waffles and sausage. Kiwi and Pomegranate are lovely!

Serve with Coffee or your favorite type of latte (non dairy, turmeric tea latte, cashew cream latte, etc.)

Slice peeled hard boiled eggs in half. Best if using pre-peel hard boiled eggs.

Arrange on wooden board with 1/2 c cream cheese (in small bowl with spoon), honey to mix into cream cheese or to dip, fresh cut apples, glazed nuts, and gluten free crackers.

How to Make Perfect Eggs in the Instant Pot

Place the rack in the bottom of the pot. Pour the water in the pot. Place the eggs on the rack.

High pressure on manual 3 minutes. Quick release placing a towel over the valve so steam doesn't get everywhere, then quickly run the eggs under cold running water until cool enough to hold. Peel right away.

Soft Boiled Eggs:

High pressure on manual 5 minutes. Natural release 5 minutes then use quick release placing a towel over the valve so steam doesn't get everywhere, then quickly run the eggs under cold running water until cool enough to hold. Peel right away.

Hard Boiled Eggs:

With Instant Pot Soft Boiled Eggs, the egg whites are perfectly set, yet the yolk is runny! These pressure cooker soft boiled eggs are the perfect compliment to so many dishes. 

Instant Pot Soft Boiled Eggs

Prepare Instant Pot

Place 1 cup water inside inner pot of a 6-quart pressure cooker or 1.5 cups in an 8 quart instant pot. Add trivet or egg rack. 

Add Eggs

Carefully place eggs on trivet or in egg rack. You can make as few or as many eggs as you desire.&nbsp;

Seal

Seal the pressure cooker, ensuring the vent knob is pointed towards sealed.&nbsp;

Pressure Cook

Set cook time to 3 minutes on high pressure--push the manual button and adjust timer to 3 minutes.&nbsp;

Prepare Ice Bath

While eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath by placing several cups of ice into a large bowl and filling with cold water.&nbsp;

Release Pressure

Once cook time has elapsed, immediately, release pressure in Instant Pot by using wooden spoon or tongs to knock vent knob to vent position for Soft Boiled Eggs, let pressure release for 5 minutes for Medium Boiled Eggs.

Remove Eggs

Using tongs, or pot holders, carefully remove eggs from pressure cooker and place in ice bath.

Cool Eggs

Leave eggs in ice bath until cool enough to handle.&nbsp;

Store

Use immediately or store in fridge, unpeeled for up to 24 hours.&nbsp;

My foolproof method for cooking both hard boiled eggs and soft boiled eggs (perfectly) is placing them gently in a pot of boiling water. Watch the video above to see my easy, step-by-step process.

Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe (and Soft Boiled Eggs)

Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil. Ensure there's enough water in the pot to cover the eggs by about an inch.

While you're waiting for the water to boil, remove the eggs from the fridge (set them on the counter) and prepare ice water bath in a large bowl.

Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and use skimmer to gently and slowly add the eggs to the water. Then, turn the heat back up to a boil.

Set a timer and cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft boiled eggs and 12-14 minutes for hard boiled eggs. See the cook time notes above.

Once the eggs have cooked to your preferred time, use the skimmer to remove the eggs and immediately submerge them in the ice water bath to stop them from cooking.

Peel the eggs and enjoy.

How to make Easy Peel, Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs EVERY TIME!

Add the eggs one at a time gently to the boiling water using a spoon.

In a small bowl, add all marinade ingredients and mix to combine.
