Step 1
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Step 2
Drizzle the vegetable oil and sesame oil onto the grill. Then place the steak on the grill, season it with salt and pepper. Then sauté the steak for approximately 4-5 minutes per side until the steak is cooked to your preference.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the Blackstone grill and sauté it for 1-2 minutes until pink and no longer opaque. Toss the steak and shrimp together.
Step 4
Top the steak and shrimp with the minced garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and butter. Coat the steak and shrimp in the mixture and cook for approximately 1 minute.
Step 5
Remove the steak and shrimp from the Blackstone grill. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
