Juicy, delicious, boneless pork chops coated with a seasoned crisp crust. Ready in under 30 minutes, easy and kid-friendly!

Oven "Fried" Breaded Pork Chops

6 3/4-inch thick center cut boneless pork chops, fat trimmed (5 oz each)

kosher salt

panko crumbs

cornflakes crumbs

tbsp grated parmesan cheese

sweet paprika

tsp chili powder

tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a large nonstick baking sheet lightly with oil.

Season pork chops on both sides with 1/2 tsp kosher salt.

Combine panko, cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and black pepper in a large shallow bowl.

Place the beaten egg in another. Dip the pork into the egg, then crumb mixture.

Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chops.

Lightly spray a little more oil on top of the pork and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

1.25 lbs thin-cut boneless pork chops ((6 chops))

lemon (juiced)

olive oil (divided)

unsalted butter (divided)

In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and lemon juice together.

Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture and coat it completely. Then put the wet pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture and cover completely on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place 4 pork chops in hot oil/butter and cook each side until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. You don&#x27;t want to overcrowd the pan. Working in batches is best.

Remove them from the pan and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Heat the remaining olive oil and butter in the same skillet. Cook rest of the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to plate with the other pork chops.

Check pork chops for any bone fragments on the surface and remove if any are found.

Place flour, breadcrumbs, season salt, and ground black pepper into a shallow bowl wide enough to hold at least one pork chop and mix to combine.

Make an egg wash by adding the eggs and 2 tablespoons of water to another shallow bowl large enough to hold at least one pork chop and beat to combine.

Coat a pork chop with the flour/breadcrumb mixture.

They looked good in the photo but my son and didn't like the taste. The cut was just a regular cut but I did have to cook for 40 minutes.  I will not make again.

This was delicious! I used Maille x Mike's Hot Honey Dijon Mustard which gave it a little extra sweetness &amp; zing. I also used pre-seasoned Italian Panko. Since I used thin pork chops, I only baked for ten minutes (and next time I might try 8-9 instead.) Will definitely make again because it was so easy and tasty.

So delicious and simple.  This elevates everyday pork chop to a special meal in just 5 min.

This recipe is the bomb! So so easy, really no fail. I used spicy brown mustard and mixed panko with regular bread crumbs. Added a little Italian seasoning because I didn’t have chicken seasoning and it was delish!
