Out-of-this-World Corn Dip

(7 oz) can chopped green chiles

(6 oz)can chopped jalapeno peppers

onion

mayonnaise

sour cream

pepper

garlic powder

(16 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese

corn chips

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chips.

Chill two hours to overnight. Serve with Frito Scoops corn chips.

Out-Of-This-World Corn Dip

A quick and easy Mexican Corn Dip Recipe made with cream cheese, jalapeños, red bell pepper, and more! Serve it alongside Fritos, tortilla chips, or even vegetables!

Mexican Corn Dip Recipe With Cream Cheese and Jalapeños

cream cheese, room temperature ((equals 4-ounces))

lime

Kosher salt

white or black pepper

whole-kernel sweet corn, drained

Cheddar cheese

green onions

red bell pepper

cilantro

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to blend until the mixture comes completely together and is smooth in texture.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated in the sauce. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mexican Corn Dip For One

corn ((use frozen and thawed corn corn

jalapeños

Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the corn and chopped jalapeños and cook, stirring occasionally until slightly charred, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Transfer the corn to a medium-sized bowl and add minced garlic, lime juice, mayonnaise, chili powder, crumbled cotija cheese, and cilantro. Stir to combine.

Transfer the corn dip to a small bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips.

The flavor of this corn salsa recipe are INCREDIBLE: it's a mix of sweet, salty, sour (just a little from the lime) and a spicy (just a hint from the jalapeno).

Preheat

Blend

In a high powered blender or mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, hot sauce, lime juice, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Blend until fully combined.

Stir

Scoop the cream cheese mixture into a large bowl and add the remaining one cup cheese, the corn, feta, pepper, onion, and cilantro. Stir to combine.

Pour

Pour mixture into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired.

Bake

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Garnish with more cilantro, feta, and hot sauce.

To your slow cooker add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cook on HIGH for 2 Hours or LOW for 4 hours, or until the dip is hot and bubbling. Stir occasionally.

250 g (½lb) cream cheese (room temperature)

mozzarella (grated)

cheddar cheese (grated)

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

Start by combining the corn, room temperature cream cheese, grated cheeses, jalapeño, garlic, chilli and herbs.

Season to taste with salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until mixed.

Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish or skillet then top with a little extra grated mozzarella. 

Place the dip in the oven and allow to bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro/coriander and sliced jalapenos.

In a 6-quart slow cooker, combine the corn, bacon, chiles, sour cream, pepperjack, cheddar, cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir, cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring once or twice throughout.

Cook on high heat for an additional 30 minutes and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve warm as a side dish or serve with chips or crackers as an appetizer!
