Brownie Cupcakes

(12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

(2 1/2 sticks) buttersliced

Preheat oven to 325° F.Line two 12-cup muffin pans with liners.

Melt chocolate and butter in double boilerstirring occasionally. Beat sugar and eggs in large mixer bowl on high for about 3 minutes or until mixture falls from beaters in ribbons.With mixer at medium speedadd melted chocolate mixture to egg mixture.Gradually add flour.Stir in nuts.Scoop 1/3 cup batter into each cupcake linerfilling 3/4 full.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with loose crumbs attached.Cool in pans for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Chewy Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Preheat oven to 300° F.Grease 9-inch springform pan.Line bottom of pan with wax paper.Grease wax paper.

Sift together flourcocoa and salt into medium bowl.Combine sugar and butter in large mixer bowl on low until blended.Add eggsone at a timebeating well after each addition.Add the almond and vanilla extracts; beat until smooth.Pour into prepared panreserving about 1/3 of the batter. Carefully smooth a thin layer of the raspberry jam over the batter in pan.Top with morsels and 1/2 cup of the sliced almonds.Carefully cover with the remaining batter. Sprinkle batter with remaining 1/4 cup of almonds.

Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.Cool completely in pan on wire rack.Remove side of springform pan.

Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray the inside of a 6-inch-round cake pan or the wells of a 6-well cupcake tin with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Unroll the crescent dough sheet on to a clean work surface. Evenly spread chocolate hazelnut spread across the dough sheet. Sprinkle morsels and cinnamon on top of spread. Starting with the short sideroll the dough into a log. Using a sharp knifecut the log into 6 rolls. Place rolls into prepared pan. If using the cake panit is fine if they are touching.

Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove and place on cooling rack. In a small saucepanheat milk and cream cheese over low heat. Stir to help the cream cheese soften. Once softwhisk in the powdered sugar. Pour mixture over warm rolls before serving.

Try this versatile Hash Brown Casserole as a main or side dish for breakfast or brunch. This recipe calls for bacon, but it is a great recipe for leftover ham. If your family likes spice, try adding in some pepper jack cheese or crushed red pepper flakes.

Preheat oven to 350° F.Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Combine cheeseegg productevaporated milksalt and black pepper in large bowl.Add potatoesonionbell pepper and baconmix well.Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

200 g de nuez de castilla, pelada

Coloque en el vaso la mantequilla, el azúcar mascabado y el azúcar regular, mezcle 45 seg/vel 3. Añada los huevos y mezcle 15 seg/vel 3.

Añada la harina, la fécula de maíz, el bicarbonato, la sal y el polvo para hornear, mezcle 20 seg/vel 4. Baje los restos de las paredes del vaso con ayuda de la espátula.

Añada las chispas de chocolate y la nuez, mezcle 30 seg//vel 3. nuevamente mezcle 40 seg//vel 3. Transfiera a un tazón y reserve.

Si desea que sus galletas estén del mismo tamaño pese la masa completa y divídala entre 9 para que sepa cuanto debe pesar cada una.

Forme galletas que no estén totalmente redondas de 170-180 g aprox. Congele toda la noche o mínimo tres horas antes de hornear.

Precaliente el horno a 210°C, acomode 4 galletas por charola y hornee de 13-15 minutos o hasta que se vean doradas por fuera, pero blandas por dentro.

Dejar reposar en la charola mínimo 1 hora antes de probar para que se terminen de cocinar. Sirva y disfrute.

200 Gramos de queso tipo manchego

Para la salsa, coloca los jitomates en una charola con el aceite de oliva, la cebolla y el ajo; hornea a 200 °C de 45 a 50 minutos o hasta que estén dorados. Licúa los jitomates, la cebolla y los ajos rostizados con el Concentrado de Tomate con Pollo CONSOMATE® la sal con cebolla, el agua, las hierbas finas y la pimienta.

Hornea y licúa

Para el relleno, calienta el aceite y fríe la cebolla con el ajo hasta que cambien de color, añade la carne, la sal con cebolla, el Jugo MAGGI®, la Salsa Tipo Inglesa CROSSE &amp; BLACKWELL® y los champiñones; mezcla y cocina hasta que la carne esté cocida.

Prepara la carne

En un refractario engrasado con un poco de aceite, coloca una cucharada de salsa, una capa de láminas de lasaña precocida, una de relleno, una de salsa y queso rallado; repite el procedimiento hasta terminar con todos los ingredientes. Por último, termina con una capa de queso tipo manchego. Hornea a 200 °C de 20 a 25 minutos. Ofrece.

En un molcajete, tritura los ajos con la pimienta, el orégano, el comino y el romero. Vierte el aceite, el vinagre, el jugo de limón, el Jugo MAGGI®, la Salsa Inglesa CROSSE &amp; BLACKWELL®, el perejil y el cilantro; mezcla hasta integrar.

Modo de Preparo

Unta la mezcla anterior en cada pieza de rib eye, colócalos en un refractario, cubre con plástico adherente y marina en refrigeración por 1 hora.

En una sartén caliente, cocina por ambos lados el rib eye hasta obtener un color ligeramente dorado y el término de la carne que prefieras. Ofrece con papas cambray.
