pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Spread each ham slice with 1/4 cup of the cream cheese, spreading cream cheese to completely cover each ham slice. Sprinkle each with 1 tsp. of the chives.

Roll up tightly, beginning at short end. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Cut each roll crosswise into 10 slices. Place 1 slice on each cracker.

Prepared with smoked ham, tomatoes and mozzarella, these Sofrito Pork Chops are a quick and hearty weeknight dish. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!

(14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained

Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Place Sofrito Base in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat; add sofrito mixture, tomatoes and ham. Cook 10 min., stirring occasionally.

Arrange chops over sofrito mixture; press gently into sofrito mixture with spatula. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 10 min. Turn chops over carefully with spatula so that sofrito mixture coats chops. Cook, uncovered, 5 min. or until cooked through (160°F).

Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 5 min. Sprinkle with cilantro.

The egg isn't green, but we suspect that even a certain children’s book character would find this Cheesy Ham and Egg Sandwich irresistible.

Heat skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add egg; cook 4 min. or until white is set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet.

Place 1 bread slice, mayo-side down in skillet; top with ham, egg, Singles and remaining bread slice, mayo-side up. Cook 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

We used reduced-fat mayo and fresh chopped celery to make these chicken salad sandwiches a Healthy Living recipe.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add leeks; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until tender. Stir in ham. Remove from heat; set aside.

Prepare pie crust as directed on package for unfilled 1-crust pie using 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly onto bottom of crust. Top with leek mixture and remaining cheese. Beat eggs and half-and-half with wire whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in crust.

Bake 35 to 40 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and parsley; mix well. Serve immediately.

COmbine blackened seasoning and salt in a small bowl.&nbsp; Rub all over the turkey breast.

Pour the water in the bottom of your Instant Pot.&nbsp; Add the trivet to the pot and place the turkey breast on the trivet.

Cook on Manual setting for 30 minutes.&nbsp; Allow natural release.

Remove turkey breast and let cool.&nbsp; Place in the refrigerator to chill completely (for 1-2 hours.)

Slice the turkey to desired thick/thinness.

bacon bits (the "real" bacon bits (not dried))

cheddar cheese (thinly sliced) (or your favorite cheese)

Mix all ingredients except tortillas, in a bowl.

Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and paprika into a medium size mixing bowl, bend until smooth.

Using a mandolin slicer or very sharp knife, cut thin slices of tomato.

To remove excess moisture from the tomatoes, press between layers of paper towels. This will keep the pinwheels from getting soggy as fast. 

Prepare Ingredients

Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese spread onto a tortilla in a thin even layer.

Sprinkle on a little more than 1 teaspoon of bacon bits, or as many as you would like.

Next add two slices of deli meat across the center or lower ⅓ of the tortilla.

Add two slices of cheese on top of the meat.

Place sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.

Lastly add a single layer of lettuce. Removing the thick stem will help make the sandwich roll better.

Finally roll the tortilla toward the center, keep the roll as tight as possible. Then cut into 1 inch slices.

Repeat three times.
