(4 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained and rinsed

cream cheese, softened

c. mayonnaise (Do not use Miracle Whip!)

garlic salt

black pepper

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. A blender works best, to get the mixture nice and smooth. Then stir in the chopped shrimp, green onion, and garlic salt.

Transfer dip to a small serving bowl and top with reserved whole shrimp and additional green onion. Sprinkle a bit of freshly ground black pepper over the top. Serve with crackers and fresh veggies for dipping. For crackers, we mostly serve this dip with Ritz Original Crackers or Keebler Original Club Crackers.

Love this I actually put in on the table for my family did a little more cooking came out like 15 minutes later my kids have eaten more than half before I get a taste obviously they loved it and no leftovers lol can’t wait to make it again so delicious

Have  made several times.  Add some hot sauce and leave out the lemon juice for a better consistency. Still use the zest.

Meh.  Not very garlicky, evn though I used more than recipe called for.  Lemon came thru pretty strong.  Consistency was runnier than I would have liked

(8 ouncpackages cream cheese (softened)

(4.5 ounccans tiny shrimp (drained

onion

celery

green pepper

Worcestershire sauce

cayenne

Combine all ingredients except shrimp and mix well with mixer.  Fold in shrimp with spoon.  Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.  Makes about 4 1/2 cups of dip.  This dip keeps well in the fridge for several days.

Chicken of the Sea Medium Shrimp (drained)

milk

salt and pepper

mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 6 or 8 inch baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Reduce the heat to low. Add the cream cheese and milk, then stir until melted.Place the shrimp in the pan and gently stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the lemon juice.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream, 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese and half of the parsley.

Spread the dip into an even layer in the prepared dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and the remaining 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese over the top.&nbsp;

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. If you prefer a browned top, you can broil the dip for an additional 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crackers, croutons or bread.

This Cajun shrimp dip is a blend of shrimp, peppers, seasonings and three types of cheese, all baked together to hot and bubbly perfection. The perfect party dip that's sure to please any crowd!

Cajun Shrimp Dip

shrimp

bell pepper (finely diced)

Cajun seasoning

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a small skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.

Set aside the 3 whole shrimp with tails on for garnish. Chop the remaining shrimp into 1/2 inch pieces.

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the shrimp, including the 3 reserved shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the bell peppers, garlic and Cajun seasoning to the pan. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the whole shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Pour the shrimp and pepper mixture into a bowl along with the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine gently.

Spread the shrimp mixture into the prepared pan and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dip is golden brown and bubbling.

Garnish with reserved shrimp, peppers and green onions, then serve.

This retro Shrimp Dip is always a hit at parties. Canned shrimp, cream cheese, chili sauce, mayo, seasoning and green onions. Delicious!

In a medium bowl beat together 8 ounce block cream cheese and1/2 cup mayonnaise until smooth.

Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 3 Tablespoons chili sauce, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion. Beat until smooth.

Chop up 7 ounce can tiny shrimp into smaller chunks. Stir chopped shrimp and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.

Garnish with sliced green onions.

Keep chilled. Serve with potato chips (or your favorite cracker).

This old standby always comes through! I'm thrilled to find this recipe making a comback! A little Old Bay never hurts! Frozen "salad shrimp" are great for this recipe.

Very tasty. I did add tsp Old Bay and 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes which added little kick only put 1 Tbsp mayonnaise along with 1/3 cup sour cream.  Thanks for sharing.

I just made this recipe and used fresh chopped red onion instead of dehydrated onion..gives it a bit  more taste.
