Our Low Carb Enchilada Sauce is much higher in fat than supermarket sauces, and much tastier. It is a mild sauce, perfect for children, and easily made hotter by adding additional Cayenne or fresh chilies.

Keto Enchilada Sauce - Low Carb & Mildly Spicy

Salted Butter

Cumin (ground)

Oregano

Coriander (ground)

Onion Powder

Cayenne Pepper (ground)

Erythritol

Tomato Puree (also called Passata)

Salt

Pepper (ground)

Place the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add all ingredients except the tomato puree and saute for 3 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the tomato puree and stir well.

Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes to infuse the spices. Add a little water if you like your sauce to be thinner and adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Use straight away or cool for 30 minutes before pouring into a heatproof jar and storing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Easy Keto Enchilada Sauce Recipe - Low-Carb, No Added Sugar & Super Tasty (2g Carbs)

Marinara Sauces at the store are often filled with sugar, additives and thickeners, our Low Carb Marinara Sauce has none of those ingredients. But it does have plenty of flavor!

Best Keto Marinara Sauce - Spaghetti, Pizza etc

Olive Oil

Garlic (finely grated)

Onion Flakes

Thyme (finely chopped)

Oregano (finely chopped)

Tomato Puree

Red Wine Vinegar

Parsley (finely chopped)

In a saucepan, place the oil, garlic, onion flakes, thyme and oregano. Saute over medium heat for 3 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the erythritol, pepper, salt and red wine vinegar and bring to a simmer.

Turn off the heat and stir through the parsley

Cool the sauce and store in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Keto Pizza Sauce Recipe - Easy Low Carb Marinara - Great with Pasta, Meat & Veges Also (2g Carbs)

You’ll want to put this Creamy Keto Mushroom Sauce on just about everything! It’s rich and perfect, poured over a thick grilled rib eye steak.

garlic (crushed)

onion (thinly sliced)

pepper (ground)

mushrooms (thinly sliced)

worcestershire sauce

dijon mustard

tarragon (finely chopped)

Place a saucepan over high heat, add the butter, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper and saute until the onions start to turn translucent.

Add the mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes before dropping the heat to low.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, and cream. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Stir through the tarragon and serve.

Rich and buttery, Bearnaise Sauce is perfect for the keto diet and to top a juicy steak. The sauce takes a little extra time to cook, but it’s well worth the effort!

Keto Bearnaise Sauce Homemade

Place a small saucepan over medium heat, add the vinegar, wine, peppercorns, and onion. Reduce until 2-3 tablespoons of liquid remain.&nbsp;

Strain out the onion and peppercorns and pour the liquid into a heatproof bowl. Add the egg yolks.

Melt the butter until the milk fat (white liquid) has separated from the yellow butter. Set aside.

Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and start whisking.

Continue to whisk until the mixture is thick and foamy and creates thick ribbons when the whisk is lifted.

Remove the bowl from the heat and slowly pour in the hot butter while whisking, ensuring that the milk fat is left behind. This step is similar to making mayonnaise - if you add the butter too quickly the sauce will split.

Whisk in the salt, pepper, and tarragon.

Serve immediately or keep warm until needed.

Corned Beef with a Low Carb Mustard Cream Keto Sauce "Secret" Recipe

Beef

olive oil

Onion (Large Dice)

garlic (Cut in half)

Lemon Thyme

Carrot (Large Dice)

tbsp Whole Peppercorns

34 oz Beef Stock

2.4 oz Butter

Dijon Mustard

Heavy Cream

tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)

Pepper

Rinse and dry the pickled beef with paper towel. Prepare your ingredients.

In your pressure cooker saute the carrot, onion, thyme and garlic in the olive oil for 4 minutes over high heat.

Add the peppercorns, red wine vinegar and salt and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the beef and pour over the beef stock, you may need to add a little more water or less stock depending on the size of the beef and also the size of the pressure cooker. You want the beef to be only just covered.

Bring the stock up to a simmer and fix the pressure cookers lid tightly to the base. Continue cooking on high heat until your pressure cooker begins to release steam, then drop the heat to low and leave to cook for 2 hours - or 1 hour per 1kg/2.2lb

After 2 hours turn off the heat and leave for 20 minutes to release the pressure slowly, then carefully open the pressure valve on the lid to release any excess pressure, and take off the lid.

Gently remove the corned beef, if you have a large piece I recommend using a set of tongs to grip the meat from the top and a rigid spoon or lifter under the bottom to support the weight.

Slice up your corned beef and enjoy. We discard the cooking liquid and vegetables as the contents of the pot is very salty, it can be strained and used to flavour soups if you desire.

Mix the butter and mustard in a small pan over low heat

Add the cream and mix together. Initially the butter and the cream will stay separate but will come together as the heat rises.

Be very careful not to boil the sauce, as it will not combine. As the cream reduces the sauce will thicken, you want to reduce the cream by one-half.

Add the chopped parsley, pepper and salt, and drizzle over the corned beef to serve.

Heat oil (2 tablespoons) in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic (2 cloves) and chopped onions (1/2 cup). Stir constantly so it doesn’t burn. Sauté until translucent (around 10 minutes).

Add tomato paste (4 tablespoons), basil (1 teaspoon), oregano (3/4 teaspoon), fennel (1/2 teaspoon), salt (1 1/2 teaspoon) and black pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Cook and stir the sauce for a few minutes to incorporate.

Add crushed tomatoes (1 -28 Ounces), stir, and cook for about 5 more minutes.

Turn the heat down to a slow simmer. Cook the sauce for 10-15 minutes, or until it’s as thick as you’d like.

This rich teriyaki sauce comes together in a cinch with fresh flavors of ginger and garlic with a touch of low-carb sweetness making it perfect for stir fry.
